We were founded on January 14th, 1948 as a company primarily specialized in the construction of military airports. Subsequently the company has widened its scope of activities to all civil engineering and hydrotehnical structures. In 1963, Planum and the construction company Soca from Sarajevo - specialized in construction of underground structures and railway lines - merged. Integration of these two specialized companies enabled the establishment of a modern and efficient enterprise able to execute works on: motorways, roads, railway lines, all-purpose underground structures, city traffic arteries with infrastructure, hydrotechnical structures.
Intense development of the company during this period enabled us to widen our scope of activities to overseas projects. Ever since 1965 we have been present on markets in Middle East, South-East and South-West Africa, Russia and ex-USSR countries.
